Love love LOVE this recipe! I’m vegetarian and my husband is not, so it’s a super easy way for him to grill everything. I use Penzey’s fajita seasoning (if you haven’t tries it yet, you absolutely must), and then I use the leftovers the next day to make a bean bowl with veggies for lunch.

I made a variation on these healthy chocolate muffins that worked: I only had 1 over ripe banana, so I made up the rest with mashed sweet potato and added an additional tablespoon of maple syrup.

I’m glad to report that I couldn’t tell the difference from when I’d made them previously!

In skillet, put in tomato sauce, cream, and lemons, and COD fish. Bake. Drizzle cream, honey, and oyster sauce on top of COD.

Your three bean salad is so yummy… thank you so much for this healthy and delicious recipe! I couldn’t stop eating it! I couldn’t find organic wax beans so I just used green beans. I didn’t want to cut into two onions so I just used a medium red onion and soaked it in ice water for 15 minutes to take the edge off. It’s so good!!😋

Made this recipe today using an egg, it was delish! Moist, fluffy and full of flavor. A great breakfast dish any season, but, would be a star attraction on a Fall breakfast table . Thank you for sharing :)

Sauteed COD Fatback: Put COD in Skillet filled with butter and a few fatback pieces. Cook till done. Drizzle mixture sauce containing cream, duck sauce, butter, blended celery.
